Space Kenya is a content and digital-services platform. We do not act as estate agents, brokers, or escrow agents. Property transactions, escrow, and estate-agent work stay with your licensed advocate, your bank, and your EARB-registered agent, where they belong. Every entity surfaced on this site passes a public verification bar; for the editorial policy see /legal/editorial-policy/. What Space Kenya is

Space Kenya is operated by Space Kenya Networks Limited (SKN). It is a curated property content platform and a digital-services consultancy. We surface third-party YouTube property tours, publish original editorial, and offer advisory engagements to owner-operators in the property sector.

My SpaceKE accounts

A My SpaceKE account is free and optional; the public platform works fully without one. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity under your account. Keep one account per person and give us a working email address (it is how verification codes and any alerts you ask for reach you). We may suspend accounts used for scraping, abuse, fraud or unlawful activity. You can delete your account at any time from your settings, which removes your data as described in the privacy notice. Paid features, where offered, are described with their price before you pay; subscriptions can be cancelled any time and run to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under our refund policy. Account information services are guidance, never a substitute for the professional verification described below.

How responsibilities split

Estate-agent work, property transactions and buyer funds stay with the EARB-registered agent, your bank and your licensed advocate, where they belong. Space Kenya is the curated content and digital-services platform that helps you arrive at those conversations better prepared. The estate-agent relationship, if any, is between the buyer and the EARB-registered party reached via the outbound link on each video. (For the avoidance of doubt, Space Kenya does not act as an estate agent within the meaning of the Estate Agents Act, Cap 533.)

Information accuracy

Always verify property facts (price, title, encumbrances, condition) with an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a registered estate agent and your own Ardhisasa search before any transaction, verification is part of every sound property decision. Editorial content and video curation on Space Kenya are published for general guidance and we don't warrant the accuracy of third-party material.

Embedded content

Third-party YouTube content is shown through YouTube's official embeddable player under its Terms of Service; the video streams from YouTube and copyright stays with the channel owner. Removal requests are actioned within 48 hours under the internet-intermediary take-down procedure in Kenya's Copyright Act, see Copyright.

Diaspora buyers

If you are buying from outside Kenya: execute Powers of Attorney through the Kenyan High Commission for your country of residence, route deposits through a CBK-licensed escrow facility, and engage an LSK-listed advocate. Funds always move bank-to-bank; Space Kenya is a content + tech platform and never handles money on your behalf.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, with exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
